The Alligator Snapping Turtle and the Common Snapping Turtle, although similar in appearance, are two distinct ѕрeсіeѕ that are often mistaken for one another. Despite their physical similarities, these turtles have very different characteristics, from their behavior to their һᴜпtіпɡ methods.


While the Alligator Snapping Turtle has a prehistoric appearance, its temperament and һᴜпtіпɡ style differ significantly from the more common Common Snapping Turtle.
