The restaurant’s name, a clever nod to their legendary Chief jersey numbers, is brought to life by expert management company Noble 33. They’re responsible for managing premium eateries across global high-life cities such as Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Miami, London and New York City.
Now, the ambitious pair are aiming to stamp 1587’s mark in Midwest locations, before potentially branching out across the vast United States. According to reports, the beloved KC athletes behind this exciting venture hope to make their eatery “the place to be” in Missouri before spreading their unique flavour elsewhere.
Quarterback sensation Mahomes has been singing the praises of Noble 33’s global efforts as he gears up for a new venture in Kansas City, saying: “Travis and I have become frequent visitors of Noble 33 restaurants in other cities so it only made sense to bring something special to our own community in Kansas City.”
Tosh Berman, the bigwig at Noble 33, is equally thrilled about this “a true partnership” with the Chiefs’ stars. He gushed over the collaboration: “Noble 33 is leading the development of the design, experience, menu, and operation, but conceptually, Patrick and Travis’ involvement and input has been instrumental.”

He continued, detailing their hands-on approach: “Both of them are long-time regulars of our other restaurants, so a great starting point was bringing elements they loved from those experiences and abstracting them in an original way for 1587 Prime,” and hinted at future plans: “We do intend on expanding the brand with Patrick and Travis starting with the other cities where we have a significant footprint.”
