How exciting to see the shy Sumatran tiger cub take his first steps into the real world! Born in December last year, this little club is exploring the outside world with his mother, Gaysha, at London Zoo.
Despite the glorious London weather yesterday, the cub decided to venture out of the zoo shelter and take a few brave steps. This moment was exciting for the zoo staff and visitors, as they were able to witness the first steps of this precious cub.
Although it is not yet known whether the puppy is male or female, he is expected to recover in the coming weeks to receive his first health check. Sumatran tigers are an initially protected species, and each new birth is cause for celebration and hope for the conservation of this endangered species.
If you visit the future area, you should be lucky to see the little scene, but the future is epic. For suρᴜthis!
