Sharapova was a five-time Grand Slam champion but officially retired earlier this year due to persistent injuries she encountered during her illustrious career. Although she ended her tennis career, the beautiful former tennis player still continues to practice to stay healthy and in shape.
Sharapova’s latest training session took her to the beaches of the US with coach Tommy Cassano, where she appeared strong under clear blue skies before hitting the pad. Masha also continues to increase the intensity of her training with exercises with weights and sprinting. The session ended with Sharapova performing a series of stretching exercises with a resistance band.

Maria Sharapova started playing professionally in 2001 when she was just 14 years old. Two years later, she won her first WTA (Women’s Tennis Association) title when she won the Japan Open. That same year, Sharapova was named “Emerging Tennis Player of the Year”.
