The Phoenix Suns plan to unite two of the best players of their generation for a sensational partnership.
The Suns are hoping to land Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James in free agency to play alongside Kevin Durant and their other stars Devin Booker and Bradley Beal.
To increase the possibility of that happening, the team is considering drafting Bronny James, LeBron’s son, with their 22nd overall pick in the 2024 NBA Draft.
LeBron James and Kevin Durant are widely considered two of the best players of the 2010s, claiming five NBA Finals MVP awards during that decade.

Bronny James has already scheduled a workout with the Suns, one of the few invitations he accepted, along with the Lakers, out of more than ten who asked.
LeBron would have to sacrifice a lot financially to make a potential move to Arizona happen.
The Suns are set to enter the offseason with $209 million in salary, the biggest payroll of any NBA team, which means they could only afford to give James a veteran minimum contract worth around $3.3 million in the first year for players with over ten years of experience in 2024.
This amount is a significant drop-off from the four-time NBA champion’s player option with the Lakers, worth $51.4 million in 2024-25, and the potential three-year extension worth $164 million that the purple and gold franchise is eligible to offer him this summer.
