Lehmann has a boyfriend, Douglas Luiz, who also plays for Aston Villa. The two rekindled their relationship in the New Year after breaking up in 2022. Lehmann currently has two years left on his contract with Aston Villa after signing an extension last summer. Unlike his girlfriend, Luiz is said to be negotiating with Juventus to move to the Turin team this summer.
