In his speech after the win, Daniels was very emotional: “This is a dream that came true. I want to first thank God for all the glory. He is my rock. He is my savior. He blessed me with the talents and ability to get here. All special people here to develop these skills. To Bo, Mike and Marvin, you are amazing. I enjoy watching you, but the competition never ends. I look forward to seeing you on Sundays.”
Jayden Daniels’ meteoric campaign with the LSU Tigers draws the attention of NFL scouts
In his first season with the Arizona team, Daniels went 10-4 with the Tigers, reaching 2,913 yards and scoring 29 touchdowns throughout the American college season.
The following year, the LSU team’s 9-3 campaign gave the quarterback even more impressive numbers. In total, there were 3,812 yards, 40 TDs and an incredible 1,134 yards thrown and 10 touchdowns running the ball.

With the important trophy won last Saturday night (09), Daniels became the third player in LSU history to win the award, which was previously held by Joe Burrow (2019) and Billy Canon (1959).
