It has been over a year now since former world number 1, the beautiful Russian tennis player Maria Sharapova, has developed new and great interests outside the world of sports. Maria has become a successful entrepreneur and has understood that there are many things that are necessary to optimize a business to make everything work.
In 2012, Sharapova founded an esteemed candy company called ‘Sugarpova’, which she runs with utmost dedication. It must be said that the two-time Roland Garros champion has not limited her interests only to this, but has started to diversify her goals and make more investments.
Since the day she retired from the world of tennis, Sharapova has expanded her commercial interests to the point of creating what we could almost call a “business empire”.
Given the hectic work life and personal priorities, it is not at all easy to deal with this situation, but the Russian has never withdrawn and, in fact, strives to take advantage of as many opportunities as possible.
Here are some of their statements: “I have always been a very curious person and I think this natural desire to learn and try new things is one of the things that drove me to start.
I am a great supporter of balance and although the sport requires a lot of time and work, I have always strived to balance my training with my passions that have always inspired me.
I think about traveling, design and food. Thanks to this interest, I decided to grow in different areas. I am always motivated to try new things to understand myself better and understand what I really like.
” When we talk about Maria Sharapova, we are talking about a tennis player who has certainly left her mark in the history of women’s tennis, one of the ten athletes who have won all four Grand Slam events.
Maria has always been gifted with great patience and is constantly working to achieve success. Photo credit: Entrepreneur.com
