Update: It’s nearly time for LeBron James’ The Shop-themed Nike LeBron 21s to hit shelves and Nike has offered a complete visual preview of the gold and black sneaker. Equipped with thematic details like the show’s logo at the heel, as outlined in our previous coverage below, the sneaker is set to drop on June 7 via Nike SNKRS and select retailers at a starting price of $200 USD.
Original Story: LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers saw their NBA season come to a conclusion this week as Nikola Jokić and the Denver Nuggets conquered them in a commanding five-game series. While much uncertainty revolves around James’ future with the Lakers, one thing about his future is known for certain: more colorways of the Nike LeBron 21 are on the way.

During his final game in the series, James sported a black and gold pair of LeBron 21s that were assembled in collaboration with The Shop– the talk show co-hosted by LeBron James and Maverick Carter that has ran for six seasons to date. Our limited preview of the sneaker highlights its “Metallic Gold” that covers a majority of the upper and graces the heel’s inclusion of The Shop‘s logo. Black also appears at the heel of both the upper and the midsole while an off-white hue adorns the remainder of the midsole.
At the time of writing, neither LeBron James nor Nike have disclosed when the duo’s collaborative pair of LeBron 21s with The Shop will be releasing. Stay tuned for updates, including a detailed visual breakdown of the new colorway, as we currently expect the shoe to release on June 7 via Nike SNKRS and select retailers at a starting price of $210 USD.
